Her entrepreneurial journey commenced in Vietnam, where she founded a consultancy firm specializing in management, advertising, and strategic planning for diverse professionals seeking business success.

Upon her arrival in Canada in 2015, driven by a commitment to her children’s education and a desire for a high quality of life, Harper seamlessly transitioned her skills into the Canadian landscape.
