Gary Weatherdon became a professional REALTOR® in 2004, following a 28-year career with a national organization. In his executive leadership role, he fostered a client-focused culture that delivered exceptional customer service and value. Today, that same principle is woven into the fabric of all of Gary’s interactions with his real estate clients. As a result, the Weatherdon Real Estate Team has built a successful repeat and referral client base with most of their business built on positive word-of-mouth recommendations.

In addition to his expertise in the real estate and business environments, Gary is known as a skilled negotiator, with a creative, humorous, relaxed, yet personal and professional approach. He sees his clients as business partners for life, with trust and loyalty being foundational to that relationship.

Gary is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, the Ontario Real Estate Association, the Ottawa Real Estate Board, and Sutton Group – Ottawa Realty. Throughout his real estate career, he has earned several awards in recognition of consistently exceptional results on behalf of his clients.

When not serving his clients, Gary enjoys family time, cycling, and travel. A life-long resident of Ottawa, Gary believes in supporting our community. He actively contributes to organizations that support those in need, with a special focus on children.
