With 10 years sales experience, and over 15 years as a former law enforcement officer, I do not shy away from tough negotiations. I come from a background where trust, competence, and the handling of difficult situations are a part of everyday reality. Also, having bought, sold, and invested in real estate here and in the GTA, as well as having spent over 15 years as a landlord, I have a uniquely experienced perspective in real estate, sales and negotiations.
As a current resident of Ottawa, where I live with my wife and 2 young children, I am quite knowledgeable with regards to the city and the various real estate markets throughout. I specialize in luxury condominiums and homes, multi-family dwellings, rental and investment properties, as well relocations between Toronto and Ottawa.
