Sonja Payette
Sonja Payette knows Ottawa. She is a life-long resident; she grew up in Alta Vista’s Riverview Park and was a student at Vincent Massey, Hillcrest, and Canterbury before graduating in Film Studies with a BA at Carleton University.
While her parents still reside in Riverview Park she now is a happy homeowner in Alta Vistas Faircrest Heights. Prior to living in Alta Vista she lived in Glabar Park, Little Italy, The Glebe, and Old Ottawa South. This has given her an inside knowledge of Ottawa’s many central locations. Sonja is an honest, highly motivated, no nonsense sales professional whose loyalty, integrity, and dedication ensure customer satisfaction.
Having travelled extensively throughout Europe, Australia, Asia, and the US, she understands different perspectives, lifestyles, and can connect with people of different social and cultural backgrounds. Her love of people and “their story” helps her to identify with their needs and wants, and she always strives to help them understand the different areas of the city and what they have to offer.
Sonja Payette feels that one’s lifestyle is a key ingredient to where one should live. Her love of different foods, wine, art, culture, travel, music, and sports mixed with her “joie de vivre”, are vital in her entire approach to what a “Real Estate” professional should be.
Sonja advanced sales strategies and intense marketing research studies make her a salesperson of choice amongst buyers and sellers alike. It is no surprise that she was awarded as Top Agent in 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, and 2018 and has been a Top Producer at Sutton since 2009.
