Born and raised in Ottawa, Patrick Lamesse has a unique blend of experience and expertise. With an extensive background in construction, Patrick achieved the highest certification in his trade as a Master Electrician before transitioning into real estate. Patrick brings a hands-on, client-focused approach to his work. Known for his “no pressure” philosophy, Pat believes the client always comes first, blending a relaxed yet efficient style to guide each transaction smoothly. He is also fluent in both English and French.
With one child in university and the other soon to begin their university journey, Patrick now has more time to dedicate to his returning and referred clients. His business thrives on happy clientele, and he takes pride in maintaining strong relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
Patrick Lamesse takes great pleasure in doing evaluations and financial calculations for both residential and commercial investment properties. Having started investing in real estate at a young age, he developed a passion for the industry and truly believes in real estate as both a personal and financial investment.
Outside of real estate, passionate about traveling, you can also find him on the tennis courts, and ski slopes, living an active lifestyle that mirrors his energetic approach to work. His dedication and work ethic have been shaped by his athletic background; If you are a hockey fan, Patrick also played for the Erie Otters, Soo Greyhounds, and Kingston Frontenacs during his hockey career in the OHL.
