Jonathan Talbot-Kelly

Born in Ireland, along with my 6 siblings, I relocated to Toronto to the then “hippie” area known as Yorkville. For the next 20 years, I lived in downtown Toronto before moving and living throughout Canada; including Ottawa, Burlington, Fredericton, Vancouver and Moncton.

Prior to my real estate career, I was an executive and entrepreneur in the restaurant and hospitality industry. As with my previous career, my approach with my real estate clients is a disciplined and detailed approach, whether residential or commercial, with the intent of exceeding expectations.

Having raised 4 children, we made the decision to relocate back to the Ottawa area to be closer to family and friends. As a dedicated runner, I enjoy spending time at my cottage just outside Perth, planning family gatherings or playing a round of golf with my children and friends.

Utilizing my understanding of what guest satisfaction means to the hospitality industry, I aim to satisfy one client at time; building your trust by applying an honest and hard working strategy to each individual transaction. Whether residential or commercial, I am very confident with the offer and negotiation process, always keeping your goals and timelines at the forefront.
