Frank has personally managed, sold, or invested in commercial real estate, long-term residential investments, fix and flip opportunities, and short-term rental properties over the course of his career. He draws on his personal experience – and the strength of the team at Sutton – to help each of his clients develop a personalized plan to help them realize their real estate goal – whether that’s a new home or a cash-flowing investment property.
Frank Andrée earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Ottawa, followed by a Master’s degree at Pepperdine University and the University of Southern California. After a fulfilling career as a management consultant with Mercer and Deloitte in Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa, he ran a successful franchise business for many years with his wife, Chantal Lapalme. Desiring more independence, and wanting to share what he learned as a successful real estate investor, Frank became a licensed Realtor ten years ago and managed his own brokerage for many years before joining the team at Sutton.
